Watch Videos at a Faster Pace on iPhone

There are two great paid video apps for speeding up video for iPhone.

Foxtube is 2.99 cents and worth every penny. Tell me you haven’t wished that your native Youtube app could do these things?

  • Download video and audio to watch later.
  • Resume where you left off.
  • Leave bookmarks so you can return to a specific place.
  • Speed up the pace of videos so you can get through the information faster.
  • Supports background play (multitasking).
  • Supports remote controls.
  • Pre-cache videos before playing.
  • Scene brower: find moment in video by thumbnails.

Swift is .99 cents and worth every penny. My preference is Foxtube, but this will do for you cheapo’s (it actually i s better than Foxtube on one level, since you can download videos from all over the net).

  • Download video and audio to watch later.
  • Resume where you left off.
  • Leave bookmarks so you can return to a specific place.
  • Speed up the pace of the video so you can get through the information faster.

Jasmine is worth mentioning in this post as a better option than the native Youtube app. It can’t speed up  video, but its still an upgrade. Here’s why:

  • It remembers where you left off for resuming your place.
  • Plays audio from videos in the background so you can turn off the screen for audio.
  • Night dimming mode.
